The radiator guard protects the radiator without impairing airflow

To ensure optimal airflow for engine cooling, the water radiator is aerodynamically positioned in the airstream of the riding wind. However, due to its exposed position, the delicate radiator fins are left unprotected against stones, foreign objects, and insects. Insects can clog the radiator, reducing cooling efficiency just like bent fins caused by stone impacts. In the worst case, leaks can occur. A damaged radiator makes further riding impossible, and any contamination reduces cooling performance.

Our radiator guard is designed to maintain optimum airflow and cooling performance. It covers the frontal surface of the radiator in such a way that it reliably prevents direct hits from debris and insects on the sensitive radiator mesh. It protects the radiator effectively without compromising airflow.

Visually, our radiator guard is also a highlight: the functional design integrates perfectly into the overall look of the bike and clearly enhances its appearance.

Tip:
If you want to clean the radiator by hand, it must be done very carefully to avoid damaging the delicate mesh. Dead insects and other debris can be removed easily with a damp cloth. Simply lay the moist cloth over the mesh until the dirt softens, then gently wipe it clean without leaving any residue.
