How to Use:

Face: Shake bottle and close your eyes and mouth. Lightly spritz 4-5 pumps onto your face and inhale deeply.

Hands: Shake bottle and spray 4-5 pumps onto the palms of your hand and inhale deeply 3 times.

Feet: Shake bottle and spray 4-5 pumps onto the soles of your feet. For use 15 minutes prior to bedtime or as and when needed.
