Grapes went through a short maceration, aged in oak barrels for 9 months before bottling. No sugar is added after disgorgement.

Bright, luminous colour, with deep, intense pink highlights. The nose seduces with its fruity intensity. Aromas of Morello cherries, ripe strawberries and prune are accompanied by a hint of spice and subtle notes of roasting due to barrel aging. 

On the palate, the attack is both fresh and ample, revealing a fine tension that balances the greediness of the fruit. Notes of candied red fruit dominate, supported by a vinous structure that brings relief.

Elegant texture, with good aromatic persistence and a long savoury finish, marked by lightly woody touches and fine minerality.
