How to use

In Vitro:

Fluorometholone (25-100 nM; 12 hours, 24 hours) increases the gene expression of MUC1, MUC4, MUC16 and MUC19 in the conjunctival and corneal epithelial cells through activation of glucocorticoid receptors.
