CEMB ER90 EVO | Diagnostic RFV Fully Automatic OPB Wheel Balancer - Pneumatic (ER90EVO)

The new ER90 EVO automatically detects wheel data simply pressing one single touch button and after a few seconds gives a clear and accurate indication of exact position to place counterweights (clip-on and/or stick-on weights)

CEMB’s AutoAdaptive Mode software measures the wheel’s weight and dimensions and then recalculates the tolerance value so as to cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel, ensuring the greatest possible driving comfort.  CEMB’s OPB (One Plane Balancing) program, 3D Laser Scan and HubMatch,  clock the RFV highpoint of the assembly to the vehicle hub before mounting it at the 12 o’clock position. All these features guarantee significant time savings during the balancing process. Also included is a TDC Laser (Top Dead Center) for steel rims.
