The 2021 vintage, marked by low yields and concentrated fruit, produced wines of exceptional depth, intensity, and balance.

Winemaking & Technical Notes
Silver Oak’s signature style centers on extended aging in American oak barrels, a hallmark that gives the wine its distinctive polish and aromatic profile. The wine is crafted primarily from Cabernet Sauvignon with small additions of Bordeaux varieties to enhance complexity and structure. Fermentation and élevage are managed to emphasize texture, integration, and longevity, resulting in a wine that is approachable in youth yet built for aging.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby in the glass, the 2021 opens with aromas of blackberry, cassis, dark cherry, and plum layered with cedar, vanilla, coconut, and baking spice from the American oak aging.
